The Washington County Home in Ohio is seeking two qualified applicants for two open Full Time LPN Charge Nurse positions. As an LPN Charge Nurse you will address care needs, monitor residents, administer medications, enter orders and process refills, supervise Resident Assistants, and collaborate with staff to maintain safe, high-quality care.

Starting pay is $27.04/hour with shift differential and holiday pay; benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, retirement (PERS), deferred
