Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Charge Nurse - LPN to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in our Ohio facility, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with all applicable regulations.

You will direct nursing assignments, administer medications per physician orders, participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings, and help staff with guidance and training while maintaining resident safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Ohio LPN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in accordance with policies.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Represents nursing in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and collaborates with physicians.
• Ensures QA, compliance with medication handling, and safe resident care.
