Qualifications

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
• Ambulatory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administers care per the plan of care and standards of practice.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Administers medications and obtains vital signs.
• Draws blood and performs EKGs as required.
• Provides hands-on nursing care and assists with heavy lifting.
• Implements patient/family teaching under RN direction.
• Maintains a safe work environment and supports strong teamwork.
