Job summary

Linden Place Center for Nursing in Greensboro, NC is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our clinical team on full-time, 12-hour shifts. As an LPN you will provide direct resident care under RNs, document meticulously, administer medications per orders, and support individualized care plans to promote safety, comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Perform routine clinical procedures (vitals, wound care, catheter care, specimen collection).
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Reinforce education provided to residents and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of individualized resident care plans.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
