Linden Place Center for Nursing in Greensboro, NC is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team for full-time, 12-hour shifts. You will provide direct resident care under the supervision of RNs and care teams.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans and timely responses to resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical observation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, facility policies, and nursing standards
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes or concerns
• Perform routine clinical procedures, including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• Reinforce education provided to residents and families
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Support the implementation and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident-centered care
