Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Pre-Clerk to join our Talmo, GA Service Center. The position is part-time, Monday–Friday, 5pm–10pm, with a starting wage of $18.76 per hour.

Responsibilities include handling multi-line calls, data entry, and assisting dispatchers while supporting the office team. We offer vacation after 90 days and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance and retirement plans, with opportunities at our employee resorts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well-organized.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and redirect to appropriate contacts.
• Data entry and processing driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers; support general office duties.
