Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves living with a group of 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, and guidance to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Couples will start in various homes and then transition to a stable pair in one home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, activities, medications, and devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
