Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

Initially, roles involve nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later, couples may transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year minimum married status requirement for the couple.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
