Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen in Lexington, KY is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic cook to join our culinary team and help deliver quality service to guests at one of our two outlets. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, portioning, and storing food; operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; and applying all cooking methods to meet recipes and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods.
• Be knowledgeable in all cooking methods including poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking.
• Ensures all food is prepared, cooked and presented in accordance with appropriate recipes, presentations and with guest requests.
