Alila Marea Beach Resort is seeking an intermediate line cook to join our kitchen team in Encinitas, California. The role involves working a single station, preparing and executing dishes to our standards, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety throughout service.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of line cook experience and a culinary degree or related hotel background. The position offers a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and professional growth within Hyatt’s family of brands.

An intermediate line cookrequires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $26.91.

This is the pay range for this position that Alila Marea reasonably expects to pay.
