Job summary

Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehab is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team for full-time roles. You will deliver comprehensive treatment under a PT, document progress, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve resident care.

Qualifications

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state guidelines.
• Document progress in daily treatment notes and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care plans.
• Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitor treatments according to physician orders.
• Participate in implementation of resident care plans.
• Improve residents' quality of life through optimal care and care plans.
