Work Environment

Located in Trenton, NJ, our onsite rehabilitation facility fosters a supportive atmosphere conducive to effective patient care and staff collaboration. Operating Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., we are dedicated to maintaining a structured yet flexible environment to accommodate the needs of our patients. Occasionally, you may be required to adjust your schedule to provide the best possible support based on patient needs or clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Educate clients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home care strategies to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, including tracking motion range, strength improvements, and rehabilitation milestones.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring that all equipment is operational and supplies are readily accessible.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational and Speech-Language Therapists, to maximize patient care effectiveness.
• Provide psychological support to patients, helping them navigate the emotional challenges associated with rehabilitation.
• Uphold best practices in patient confidentiality and ethical treatment standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
