Work Environment

Our full-time physical therapists work Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, engaging directly with patients in a supportive, welcoming, and progressive rehabilitation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients, acting in close coordination with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans focused on achieving specific health goals while ensuring patient engagement.
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions and coordinate ongoing patient care as required, adapting to the changing needs of patients across different stages of recovery.
• Evaluate and measure rehabilitation progress, utilizing evidence-based practices, and adjust treatment plans as needed to enhance effectiveness and maintain compliance with professional ethics.
• Offer skilled therapeutic interventions within patient homes and clinical settings, employing methodical procedures to effectuate desired health changes in keeping with physician directives.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapeutic modalities and equipment necessary for independence outside of therapy sessions.
• Effectively prioritize your caseload, directing daily staffing and patient assignment coordination to optimize workflow and ensure thorough patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• No prior experience is required; we are open to recent graduates eager to learn and grow in the field.

Preferred Experience

While no prior professional experience is necessary, we welcome candidates who have completed clinical internships or practical training in a rehabilitation setting, particularly those focusing on orthopaedic conditions. Familiarity with rehabilitation software and EMR systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
