Diversified Physical Therapy in Miami, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our onsite team. This full-time role focuses on delivering patient-centered rehabilitation and differentiates through concierge-style care in a rehabilitation facility.

You will evaluate, plan, implement, and adjust individualized therapy programs, working with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes for diverse client populations in the Miami region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an acute care or home care setting.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida, maintaining good standing.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance for community‑based tasks.
• A passion for clinical excellence and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to restore function and reduce disability.
• Conduct evaluations of clients' physical function using diagnostic methods and assess home environments for independence.
• Oversee and collaborate with physical therapy assistants to ensure proper execution of plans.
• Administer therapies including manual exercises, traction, and other physical agents tailored to client needs.
• Document clinical records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to review progress and educate clients and families on home exercises.
• Maintain compliance with policies and state laws and complete payroll documentation promptly.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with clinical practices.
