Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the heart of our community in South Portland, ME. You will greet and assist prospective residents, tour available homes, and guide them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and care.

You’ll build strong rapport with residents, support lease renewals, and collaborate with the team to hit leasing targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven leasing or sales track record.
• Natural sales instinct and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour apartments with enthusiasm and answer questions.
• Build trust with current residents and help renew leases.
• Collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals and maintain high service quality.
