Job summary

Anza Management Co. is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents in Rialto, CA. You will lease apartments, promote our property, and help create a high-quality living environment while building positive relationships with residents and staff.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, a CA driver’s license, and the ability to work on-site. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Summary:

The Leasing Consultant as initial contact between the public and the company, strives to project the quality of our product. Successfully leases apartments by meeting customer needs. Assists in marketing the property and generating traffic. Helps provide a quality living environment for residents and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.

Leasing Consultant Requirements:
