The Learning Experience in Phoenixville is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Lead Teacher to join our brand new preschool team. You will guide safe, engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth for toddlers while implementing developmentally appropriate curricula.

• Genuine love for working with children.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love for working with children.
• Previous early childhood education or childcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom leadership skills.
• Patience, creativity, dependability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to meet Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualification requirements.
• Required Pennsylvania childcare clearances and health documentation, as applicable.

What You'll Do

• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
