Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience as Lead Teacher or in childcare/preschool setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass background checks and meet Pennsylvania licensing requirements.
• Patient, nurturing demeanor and genuine love for working with young children.
