Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom for young children. You will implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and guide Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers as appropriate, while fostering a love of learning.

Ideal candidates have passion for early education, strong communication with families, and a collaborative approach to supporting enrollment and center goals.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience required; 1 year preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Passion for educating and caring for children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and families.

• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow

• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
