The Learning Experience in Phoenixville is seeking a caring, energetic Lead Preschool Teacher to join our BRAND NEW school. This full-time position offers the chance to guide toddlers through joyful learning experiences and support their social, emotional, and physical development.

We value strong communication, classroom leadership, and a genuine love for children. Candidates should have an associate degree or higher in ECE (or a high school diploma with relevant credentials) and Pennsylvania

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualification requirements and state clearances are applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support toddlers' development.
• Implement curriculum through hands-on learning, play, music, movement, and exploration.
• Support language development and growing independence.
• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with classroom team members to provide exceptional care and education.

What We're Looking For

• Previous early childhood education or childcare experience preferred.

• Ability to meet Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualification requirements.
• Required Pennsylvania childcare clearances and health documentation, as applicable.
