Job summary

Marsden South, located in Westlake, TX, is seeking a Janitorial Facility Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners, inspect work, and ensure compliance with client expectations and regulations across accounts. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am.

The role requires at least two years of janitorial supervisor experience, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, basic computer skills, fingerprint clearance, a valid driver's license, and pre-employment drug screening and

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• Fingerprint clearance required.
• A valid driver's license will be required for most of our current openings.
• A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory as well.
• You must have at least two years of Janitorial Supervisor experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.
• Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
• Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.
• Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal)
• Be available to cover shifts when required.
