Job summary

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with potential overtime. It offers full-time employment at $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay and opportunities to grow within a national facility services provider.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have work authorization.
• Must pass safety tests.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• TWIC card in some positions.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Driver's license may be required in some positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a dedicated custodial crew and walk between buildings to monitor performance and quality.
• Train employees, cover shifts, and fill in for team call-outs as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and waste disposal.
• Interact with clients and building staff professionally, with empathy and respect.

Job Duties

In this hands-on role, you will walk between multiple buildings to monitor performance, ensure quality control, and commit to all the duties. The ideal candidate is a reliable leader who is fully prepared to fill in for team call-outs when necessary.

• General cleaning and any additional requests as needed
• Oversee a group of custodial employees, train employees, and cover shifts
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Interacts with clients and building employees in a respectful, professional, treating others with empathy and dignity.
