Marsden South is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor in Westlake, TX. The role oversees a team of cleaners, ensures quality and regulatory compliance, and manages schedules and supplies.

The position offers an opportunity to lead operations across accounts and contribute to client satisfaction. The role requires at least two years of janitorial supervisory experience, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance.
• A valid driver's license will be required for most of our current openings.
• A pre-employment drug screen is required for some accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory as well.
• You must have at least two years of Janitorial Supervisor experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.
• Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and applicable regulations.
• Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, breaks, and time off.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies for each account.
• Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, trash disposal).
• Be available to cover shifts when required.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am

Hourly Rate: $22.35 an hour with experience

Location: Westlake, TX.
