Job summary

Wolcott, a long-established mechanical contractor, is seeking reliable New Construction Lead HVAC Installers to join a committed team. The role focuses on lead installation across furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and ductless systems, with emphasis on training the next generation of installers.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in residential new construction, EPA Section 608 certification, and strong knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in residential new construction.
• Insurable and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation for residential new construction projects.
• Train junior installers and guide the team.
• Coordinate with customers and teammates throughout installs.
• Perform furnace, AC, heat pump, and ductless installations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Lead HVAC Installers need to have and know how to:

• Universal EPA Section 608 Certification


• Building Code knowledge


• Layout Abilities


• Furnace, AC, Heat Pump, Ductless and other Equipment Installation


• Low Voltage Wiring


• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more


• Start-up Skills


• Good communication with teammates and customers

Required:

• Must have a minimum 3 years experience in Residential New Construction
