Job summary

Cellino Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking Lead HVAC Installers to deliver top-tier installation services for residential systems. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers while upholding our values of professionalism and quality.

This role emphasizes safety, clear communication with customers, and teamwork. Work week is Monday–Friday starting at 7am; pay is commensurate with experience and there is a $5,000 sign-on bonus. There is no maximum earning potential.

Qualifications

• Lead HVAC Installers with a solid background in all HVAC install work.
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7am start, with dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers in residential settings, per code and standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency with various HVAC equipment and systems, especially boiler installations.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and perform quality checks and tests for system functionality and efficiency.
• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, explaining work performed and addressing questions.

As an HVAC Installer at Cellino Plumbing Heating and Cooling you will play a critical role in our mission to provide top-notch HVAC installation services to our valued customers. We are seeking Lead HVAC Installers with a solid background in all things HVAC Install, and who embody and promote our core values..

As an installer in our HVAC department you will be responsible for properly installing units. You will ensure safety, quality & profitability on install jobs is consistently met. Work week is primarily Monday - Friday starting at 7am. Pay commensurate with experience. Advertised pay is the average pay of hourly plus bonus. There is no maximum to the amount you can earn!

Responsibilities

• Installation: Install HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers in primarily residential settings. Ensure that installations per performed in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in working with various HVAC equipment and systems. Possess in-depth knowledge of boiler systems and their installations.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring every installation meets quality standards and customer expectations. Conduce quality checks and tests to verify system functionality and efficiency.
• Professionalism: Interact with customers and team members in a courteous and professional manner. Provide clear explanations of work performed to customers and address any questions or concerns.
• Safety compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
• Team Collaborations: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.
• Work with proper techniques, following all code, and safety requirements
