Job summary

Ground Guys in Mabank, TX is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to join our landscape maintenance crew. You’ll perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing and other duties to deliver high-quality outdoor service.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with overtime as needed. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match up to 3%, paid holidays and vacation, and direct deposit paychecks. You’ll be a front-line part of a team that puts the customer first.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• Willing to complete training within 6 months.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to drive and back-up trailers.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line Employee – boots on the ground delivering exceptional care.
• Perform basic landscape maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning).
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing very physical work (35–80 lbs).
• Ensure everything is wrapped up and set for the next day.
