Ground Guys in Friendswood, TX is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to join our front-line lawn care and landscaping crew. You’ll perform mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, pruning and other tasks to deliver high-quality service outdoors.

If you’re energetic, reliable, and able to work in all weather, we want to talk. Bilingual abilities and a valid driver’s license are preferred; training is available within 6 months. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual and valid driver’s license required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in landscaping, lawn service, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to complete training within 6 months if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line landscape care and maintenance to high-quality standards.
• Operate tools for mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, and pruning.
• Work outdoors in all weather, able to lift 35–80 pounds.
• Ensure the job site is wrapped up and ready for the next day.
