Silverado Frederick is seeking dedicated Laundry Aides to join our memory care community in Frederick, Maryland. This full-time, multi-shift role supports residents by keeping uniforms and linens clean, fresh, and well-maintained.

A caring, reliable team member with attention to detail is valued. We offer competitive pay from $16 to $18 per hour, benefits including 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision, FSA, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Schedule: Full Time, multiple shifts available, variable - rotating schedule, e very other Weekend 6:00am - 2:30pm

Anticipated pay range

$16 - $18 USD
