Job summary

Silverado Calabasas is hiring compassionate Caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a memory care setting. You’ll provide daily living assistance, build relationships, and help create meaningful moments each day. Expect a supportive team, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Anticipated pay range is $22-$25 per hour. This full-time role requires dependability, good English communication, and a caring, patient approach in a memory-care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care preferred.
• Reliable transport for attendance.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around animals.
• Paid training and internal mobility opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
