Silverado Franklin is seeking a Laundry Aide to maintain clean, comfortable, and dignified environments for residents living with memory care needs. This role blends attention to detail, reliability, and a heart for service.

You will work a full-time PM shift, Tuesday through Saturday, handling laundry tasks, ensuring garment hygiene, and supporting the care team in a memory care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and sort laundry for the community.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of resident garments and linens.
• Contribute to the goals and objectives of the department and community.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collect, clean, and sort laundry for the community
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of resident garments and linens
• Contribute to the goals and objectives of the department and community

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Anticipated pay range

$17 - $17 USD
