Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a full-time Dishwasher in Houston, TX. The role covers cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, operating the dish machine, and ensuring proper storage of food and equipment. You’ll support cooks and help maintain a safe, welcoming dining area for residents.

The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and communicates clearly in English, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. State/federal background checks apply. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Demonstrated ability to follow instruction for daily assignments
• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operations
• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
• All offers of employment are conditional based on the successful completion of a State and Federal criminal background check, drug screen, job related physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining appliances
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards
• Assist cooks with non0food preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
