Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operation.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment.
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
