Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to be the heart of our dining service program. You will handle sanitation, cleaning, and safe storage of dishes, equipment, and utensils, ensuring everything is ready for use.

The position offers dependable full-time schedules, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth. Must be reliable, follow directions, and communicate in English; shifts may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Must be at least 17 years old.
Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
Demonstrated ability to follow instruction for daily assignments.
Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operation.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining appliances.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment.
Assist with stocking following food deliveries.
Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
