Job summary

Lucky Star Casino's Cheyenne and Arapaho Travel Center is seeking full-time Food and Beverage Kitchen Staff Cooks to join our team. As a line cook/kitchen utility, you will prepare quality dishes, maintain sanitation, and support food service operations across variable shifts from mornings to evenings.

Expect a fast-paced environment, adherence to policies, and teamwork with the Food and Beverage Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming Permit.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the duties and responsibilities at any given time of line cook, or kitchen utility in accordance to policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper kitchen set-up to include prep of work space, food recipes & supplies.
• Ensure proper kitchen breakdown to include transfer product, accurate left over labeling/storage.
• Maintain high standard of food and beverage preparation to include quality and timeliness.
• Continuously maintain high level of sanitation and safety in food preparation and work area/stations.
• Maintain inventory stock levels of supplies/condiments and food.
• Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
