Job summary

Lucky Star Casino in Canton is seeking an F&B Kitchen staff member to support the kitchen under supervision, ensuring quality food and service while following policies.

This entry-level position requires working mornings through evenings, basic prep and sanitation, and compliance with safety standards; a high school diploma and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test are expected.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the duties and responsibilities at any given time of line cook, or kitchen utility in accordance to policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper kitchen set-up to include prep of work space, food recipes & supplies.
• Ensure proper kitchen breakdown to include transfer product, accurate left over labeling/storage.
• Maintain high standard of food and beverage preparation to include quality and timeliness.
• Continuously maintain high level of sanitation and safety in food preparation and work area/stations.
• Maintain inventory stock levels of supplies/condiments and food.
• Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co‑workers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The F&B Kitchen staff is under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Supervisor. F&B Kitchen Staff is responsible for providing quality food and service. Also, adhere to Lucky Star employee handbook and food and beverage policies and procedures.

Full Time | Canton

Work Schedule

• Requires mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Monday through Sunday.
• Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Physical Job Requirements

• Stand/walk continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.

• Kitchen environment.

Qualification Standards
