The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in more than 600 stores across the U.S. We’re looking for a dedicated, personable, goal-oriented Full-time Keyholder to join our retail team at the 5th & Broadway location in Nashville, TN. The store emphasizes a clean, enjoyable, and fun environment.

Responsibilities

• “Our goal is to make people’s day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!”
• Inspire and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and generate revenue.
• Facilitate retail sales and suggestive sell to maximize revenue.
• Encourage suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
• Monitor sell‑through on the sales floor and replenish as needed.
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
• Educate and train the team on product knowledge.
• Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on initiatives.
• Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
• Embrace respectful communication.
• Secure the store.
• Learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hard‑working, team‑player, and goal‑oriented.
