Role Description

The Full-Time Keyholder at Perfumania in Nashville, TN is an on-site retail role responsible for supporting daily store operations and providing excellent customer service. This role includes opening and closing the store, securing cash deposits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Keyholder assists customers with product selection, shares fragrance knowledge, processes sales transactions, and maintains merchandising and visual standards. Day-to-day tasks also involve monitoring inventory levels, supporting stock replenishment, keeping the sales floor clean and organized, and helping train and guide team members during shifts. The Keyholder works closely with store management to meet sales goals, support promotional activities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
