Job summary

The Normal Brand’s flagship store in Downtown Nashville is seeking a Full Time Key Holder to join our growing team. You will help drive sales, mentor staff, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

We value a people-first approach, flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and a hands-on attitude. Paid hourly with bonus opportunities and benefits upon full-time eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Lead by example to drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Replenish and maintain store merchandise to Normal standards.
• Assist with store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Support event planning and in-store promotions.
• Recruit candidates via social accounts and in-store.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.

Our Flagship location in Downtown Nashville is looking to add a Full Time Key Holder to our growing team! If you are someone that loves making people's day better and selling clothes, let's talk.

Responsibilities

"Our goal is to make peoples' day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!"

• Greet our guests with a smile, and a warm welcome
• Get to know your customer to suggestive sell to their lifestyle and events
• Led the team in sales through your example of suggestive selling
• Replenish sales floor as needed
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards
• Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication
• Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
• Help with event planning and promotion of the store
• Recruit candidates through the social account and in-store
• Store opening and closing responsibilities

Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Hard-working, a team player, and goal-oriented
• A true people person—approachable and friendly
• Independent, data-driven, competitive, and full of positive energy
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
• Takes strong ownership of tasks and store performance
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work 32-40 hours a week (with increased hours during peak business)
