Normal Brand LLC is seeking a Full Time Key Holder for our Nashville flagship store to greet guests, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You’ll help manage social channels, assist with events, and partner with leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Suggestive sell to customers' lifestyle.
• Replenish sales floor and maintain merchandise.
• Maintain clean store to Normal standards.
• Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
• Manage the store's social media account.
• Help with event planning and promotion of the store.
• Recruit candidates through social accounts and in-store.
• Flexible availability, nights, weekends and holidays.

The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 600 stores in the US. We're looking to add a Full Time Key Holder to our Nashville flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Our goal is to make peoples’ day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!
• Greet our guests with a smile, and a warm welcome
• Get to know your customer to suggestive sell to their lifestyle
• Replenish sales floor as needed
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards
• Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication
• Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff

Requirements

• Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Hard working, team player, and goal oriented
• People person - approachable, friendly
