- 1+ years of experience in Workforce Management or a similar support/coordination role (preferred)
- Must be flexible or amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends
- Willing to work during holidays as needed
- For internal applicants: No attendance issues, occurrences, violations, or CANDO in the last 3 months
- For external applicants: Must provide reliable references and demonstrate a history of strong attendance and compliance
- Strong comprehension skills and ability to adapt scheduling concepts quickly
- Demonstrated analytical skills in creating mock schedules and identifying resource gaps
- Resourceful and able to think outside the box while providing solutions aligned with operational goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Easy to work with and demonstrates a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- Must have a primary ISP and backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted access during shifts
- Must have a reliable power source and at least one form of backup power or device (e.g., UPS, power bank, backup laptop or desktop)

Your Mission Will Be To
- Promptly address and resolve Workforce-related tickets and inquiries.
- Monitor and manage agent attendance, including absences, leaves, and schedule adjustments.
- Coordinate coverage by reaching out to agents via calls, emails, or Google Chat.
- Generate mock schedules upon request for planning and staffing support.
- Track real-time adherence using Time Doctor 2 (TD2) and escalate deviations as needed.
- Review and act on TD2 alerts across all campaigns during assigned shifts.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and scheduling files using Google Sheets.
- Monitor campaign coverage and flag missed hours or understaffing.
- Post absence and coverage alerts in the Operations Workgroup.
- Track and document attendance-related occurrences (e.g., late logins, overbreaks, NCNS).
- Investigate and escalate attendance trends such as habitual tardiness or patterned absences.
- Verify and reconcile scheduling concerns reported by agents.
- Collaborate with Operations, Team Leads, QA, HR, and other departments to ensure effective staffing.
- Provide shift handovers and maintain alignment with fellow Workforce team members.
- Prepare and share reports related to attendance, adherence, and coverage as needed.
- Support the implementation of new processes and tools related to workforce operations.
- Assist with upsell, agent replacements and new campaign requirements by identifying internal agents with schedule availability.
- Plot training and nesting schedules in coordination with relevant departments.
- Attend meetings and actively participate in cross-functional collaboration.
- Shift schedules are based on Operations needs, and may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
