University of Miami Hospital & Clinics - Logistics & Materials / OR / Surgery UTower is seeking a full-time Logistics & Materials Associate to manage inventory, unload shipments, and ensure accurate charging and labeling of supplies. The role requires flexibility with shifts: days, nights, or weekends may be necessary, with a typical M-F schedule and full-time hours.

Responsibilities include verifying expiration dates, rotating stock, and coordinating with departments to resolve discrepancies

Responsibilities

• Checks expiration dates on supplies and rotates inventory.
• Unloads and unpacks inventory items as they are received.
• Notifies management of issues like overstocking or discrepancies.
• Fills tickets and requisitions and delivers supplies promptly to the correct location.
• Ensures supplies are charged correctly on the day of delivery.
• Prints and labels inventory packages appropriately.
• Maintains accurate receiving and order paperwork per policies.
• Adheres to University and unit-level policies and safeguards assets.
