You will direct contract negotiations, manage analytics to reduce costs, and mentor staff while coordinating system upgrades and vendor relations. Strong leadership and healthcare operations experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and contracts for the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and capital equipment.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies.
• Review spend analytics trends and identify ways to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate upgrades to the system and the use of new software applications.
• Mentor staff and coordinate budgets with department leadership.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO and drive service level improvements.
