The Kingdom East School District is seeking two full-time Intensive Instructional Assistants (IIA) to support students with disabilities at Burke Town School. You will help implement behavior and instructional plans, collect data, and work with teachers and special educators to enable access to instruction.

Starting Aug 10, 2026, compensation ranges from $20.85 to $26.96 per hour; a ParaPro or higher degree is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of ParaPro assessment or higher degree.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in accessing instruction and follow plans.
• Collect and monitor observable student data for IEP/EST goals.
• Collaborate with special educators and teachers to support learning.
