Qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and licensure (LISW, LPCC, Psy-D/PhD); 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in integrated behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure: LISW, LPCC, Psy-D or PhD.
• Two years of clinical experience; integrated behavioral health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care as the primary function.
• Perform screening, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family counseling and brief intervention therapy.
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling.
• Document encounters in the EHR per Centerpoint Health policies.
• Occasional travel within state and nation for meetings.
