Job summary

Discovery Isle Preschool in the United States is seeking a loving, full-time Infant Teacher to join our caring team. You will nurture and guide the youngest learners in a safe, supportive environment, helping them reach key developmental milestones.

In this role, you’ll provide warm, responsive care, communicate daily with families, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain routines and meet licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 12 Core ECE Units including 3 Infant Toddler Units OR CDA in Infant Toddler.
• A minimum of 6 months prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience and love for babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, responsive classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment to foster curiosity and early learning skills.
