Qualifications

• Experience with infants in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and infant care practices.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, responsive care to infants (feeding, diapering, soothing, and supervision).
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Follow daily schedules and implement age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents about their child.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies.
