BrightPath Kids in Dover, DE is hiring an Infant Lead Teacher. You will work with teachers and families to provide a home-away-from-home for children, following NAEYC guidelines.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, creating developmentally appropriate curriculum, curating activities, maintaining a warm environment, partnering with families, and communicating with parents. Qualifications

• Education options A–G require 12 months of work with children birth–2nd grade.
• Scholarships may be available for training hours.
• A mix of CDA-related credentials and college credits is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment for growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan for best care and education.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians.

TECE 1 & TECE 2 / PP-ECE / 120 hours toward CDA

Nine college credits in ECE/Child Development

Montessori Infant & Toddler / Early Childhood credential

Associate/Bachelor’s degree in ECE with required credits and experience

Associate/Bachelor’s in any field with six credits in child development & 500 hours experience
