Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Dover, DE is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to partner with families and fellow teachers to provide a nurturing home-away-from-home for children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years, in alignment with NAEYC guidelines.

You will design developmentally appropriate curricula, supervise and support a classroom, communicate effectively with parents, and collaborate on plans to ensure excellent care and education.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children in the classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests.
