Stathakis, Inc. is seeking a dependable Janitor/Custodian for a full-time, on-site role in Eaton Rapids, MI. The position runs Mon–Fri from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with an emphasis on maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming facility.

The successful candidate will perform general cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and ensure safety and good appearance of common areas and restrooms. Experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good time management and work habits.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, bending, and routine lifting.

Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies
• Clean common areas and help maintain a professional appearance throughout the building
• Follow all company safety procedures and site‑specific instructions
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned

Stathakis is seeking a dependable janitor/custodian for a full‑time, on‑site position in Eaton Rapids, MI. This role is ideal for someone who values cleanliness, consistency, teamwork and takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming facility environment. The position is Mon‑Fri and pays $15.00 an hour. The hours are 6:00 am‑2:30 pm.

Position Summary

The Janitor/Custodian is responsible for performing general janitorial and custodial duties to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe facility. This role supports the day‑to‑day appearance and cleanliness of the building, including common areas, restrooms, floors, and other assigned spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility
