You will help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming facility and support the day-to-day operations with attention to safety and quality. Qualified applicants should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while following company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Janitorial, or custodial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and dependability

Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies
• Clean common areas and help maintain a professional appearance throughout the building
• Follow all company safety procedures and site‑specific instructions
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned

Stathakis is seeking a dependable janitor/custodian for a full-time, on-site position in Shelby Township, MI. The position is a Monday through Friday schedule and pays between $17.00 an hour. The hours are either 6:00 am-2:30 pm.

Position Summary
